In its “Wine Lovers’ Guide to Spain,” Wine Enthusiast dedicated an entire issue to the subject of Spanish food and wine. As part of this special issue, the magazine featured recipes from some of the country’s most well-known chefs, complete with wine pairings drawn from the regions in which they are based.
My contribution consisted of pieces on three wonderful chefs, each with her/her own unique culinary style:
- Chef Albert Adrià, of Tickets et. al. in Barcelona, representing Cataluña
- Chef Raúl Prior, of Álbora in Madrid, representing central Spain
- Chef Beatriz Sotelo of A Estación in A Coruña, representing Galicia
