I had the good fortune of serving as the interpreter for Catalan chef Ferran Adrià on his North American book tour during which he was promoting ElBulli 2005-2011 (Phaidon Press), a seven-volume collection on the final years of his fabled restaurant, and introducing his latest project, the El Bulli Foundation. As part of the tour, I was the live interpreter for chef Adrià when he appeared on Charlie Rose.
